2nd floor is up!

First Floor framing almost done

Just a few more things to wrap up and they should be starting on the second floor soon.

First few walls are going up.

Everything is going well, hope to see more walls up this week and the start of the second floor.

Floor joists are up

Joist put up Monday, flooring put down today and walls should start to go up tomorrow. 

Framing has started

Not much but on Friday they started laying the sill plate.  We should start to see a lot of progress this week.

Basement Floor Poured

Basement Walls are up

Basement walls are poured and on Saturday Kevin applied tar to the outside.  This week should see plumbing laid, tiles set and by Tuesday of the following week, basement floor poured.  

On track for mid-November to start framing. 

Footers poured

Stopped by after church, footers poured, quite a bit of water seepage, will need a good sump pump.

Construction has started!

Our builder Kevin sent a photo of the dozer starting the basement dig process.   Very excited, we will go out and visit tonight. 

Building Permit Approved!

Yesterday we went and picked up/paid for our building permit.  If all goes well we should be digging dirt next week!!!
